For peak travel seasons and popular destinations, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance to secure the best accommodations and experiences. For off-peak travel or more flexible itineraries, 1 to 2 months of lead time is generally sufficient. The earlier you book, the more options we have to create the perfect trip for you.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 60 or more days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection and peace of mind.
