1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the EnchantXP website, mobile application, or any of our luxury travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EnchantXP Pte. Ltd.

If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through EnchantXP are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request, it constitutes an offer to purchase the travel services described. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from our team along with a unique booking reference number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete, including but not limited to traveler names (as they appear on official identification), passport details, contact information, and any special requirements. Errors in the information provided may result in additional charges or the inability to fulfil your booking.

EnchantXP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, if the booking cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, or if the information provided is found to be materially inaccurate.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted by EnchantXP are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

5. Modifications & Changes

We understand that travel plans can evolve. You may request modifications to your confirmed booking by contacting your dedicated travel advisor or our concierge team. All modification requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Modifications are subject to availability with our partner hotels, airlines, and service providers.
• An administrative fee may apply depending on the nature and timing of the requested change.
• Any price differences resulting from changes (such as different travel dates, upgraded rooms, or additional services) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• Modifications requested less than 14 days before departure may not be possible and could be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

EnchantXP reserves the right to make changes to your itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or third-party provider changes. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternatives of equivalent or higher quality and notify you as soon as possible.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to specific terms based on the timing of the request relative to your departure date. Our cancellation tiers are designed to be fair and transparent while accounting for commitments made on your behalf to our travel partners.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. Our team can assist you in selecting an appropriate plan through our insurance partners.

7. Liability

EnchantXP acts as an intermediary between you and the various travel service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, etc.) who deliver the components of your trip. While we carefully vet and select our partners, we cannot be held liable for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other transportation and accommodation providers.
• Loss of or damage to luggage, personal belongings, or property during travel.
• Personal injury, illness, or death, except where caused by our proven negligence.

Force Majeure

EnchantXP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or threat of war, civil unrest, government sanctions or restrictions, strikes, severe weather conditions, and any other events that qualify as force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the EnchantXP website and mobile application -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, digital downloads, data compilations, and software -- is the property of EnchantXP Pte. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The EnchantXP name, logo, taglines, and all related marks are registered trademarks of EnchantXP Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without express written permission from EnchantXP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings.
